Det er det stof, der er forst\u00e6rket med glasfiber for at give materialet de \u00f8nskede egenskaber. Der findes mange forskellige typer harpikser, der anvendes i produktionen af kompositter. Overfladerne kan fremstilles med sand, hvilket reducerer risikoen ved at give et godt greb for b\u00e5de f\u00f8dder og hjul. Ruheden p\u00e5 overfladerne kan tilpasses efter behov. Derudover er selve glasfibrene ikke-brandfarlige, hvilket er med til at reducere potentiel risiko. De produceres med en st\u00f8beform, hvor bundter af glasfiber l\u00e6gges i lag i en 90 graders vinkel. Dette giver en b\u00e6reevne i begge retninger i det vandrette plan. Profilerne fremstilles ved pultrudering og samles sammen med tv\u00e6rg\u00e5ende profiler, der l\u00e5ser I-profilerne p\u00e5 plads. I mods\u00e6tning til st\u00f8bte riste har profilbaserede riste kun b\u00e6reevne i \u00e9n retning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dimensioner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ristens tykkelse og det, vi kalder profiltykkelse, har stor indflydelse p\u00e5 ristens styrke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tykkelse af rist<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi har riste med tykkelser fra 12 mm og helt op til 51 mm.<br>Dette har utvivlsomt en stor effekt p\u00e5 ristens styrke. Den valgte tykkelse b\u00f8r baseres p\u00e5 den belastning, der skal b\u00e6res, og det mulige frie sp\u00e6nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Profiltykkelse<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En anden dimension af risten, der bestemmer ristens strukturelle styrke, er profiltykkelsen. Med profiltykkelse mener vi den tykkelse, der udg\u00f8r m\u00f8nsteret p\u00e5 risten, uanset om det er st\u00f8bte eller profilbaserede riste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Profilm\u00f8nster og \u00e5bning<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vores st\u00f8bte riste er designet med det, vi kalder et profilm\u00f8nster. Brudbelastning er den belastning, som risten kan modst\u00e5, f\u00f8r den kn\u00e6kker i to dele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bindemiddel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Som vi har<a href=\"https:\/\/glassfiber.no\/da\/professionelle-artikler\/glassfiber-fremtidens-produkter\/\">&nbsp;I denne artikel forklares hvad glasfiber er, og hvad det er lavet af<\/a>, bindemiddel er en af komponenterne i glasfiber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi har riste, der best\u00e5r af et af fire forskellige bindemidler. Alle bindemidler har h\u00f8j styrke, lang levetid og brandh\u00e6mmende egenskaber; men nogle bindemidler kan ogs\u00e5 tilbyde yderligere egenskaber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ortopolyester<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orthopolyester tilbyder en god balance mellem ydeevne og pris, med tilstr\u00e6kkelig kemisk resistens til en r\u00e6kke forskellige anvendelser og god mekanisk styrke. Denne type er velegnet til vandbehandling, arkitektoniske anvendelser og generel industriel brug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Isopolyester<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isopolyester tilbyder god kemisk resistens og vejrbestandighed, hvilket g\u00f8r det til et godt valg til b\u00e5de udend\u00f8rs og industrielle anvendelser, hvor moderat eksponering for kemikalier forekommer. Riste af isopolyester er omkostningseffektive og tilbyder solid styrke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vinylester<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vinylesterbindemidlet er kendetegnet ved sin overlegne kemiske resistens, is\u00e6r over for syrer og st\u00e6rke alkaliske kemikalier. Vinylester er ideel til brug i ekstremt korrosive milj\u00f8er, der findes i den kemiske industri. Ristene har ogs\u00e5 fremragende mekaniske egenskaber og holdbarhed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fenol<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fenolriste er kendt for deres exceptionelle brandmodstand og lave r\u00f8gudvikling, hvilket g\u00f8r dem til et foretrukket valg til brandfarlige omr\u00e5der s\u00e5som offshore og tunneler. Dette er vores standardoverflade og et godt valg, hvis du \u00f8nsker h\u00f8j sikkerhed mod glidning over en l\u00e6ngere periode. Velegnet til anvendelser, hvor der kan forekomme aflejringer eller tilsmudsning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bueformet\/konkav overflade<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En buet overflade opst\u00e5r naturligt under st\u00f8beprocessen. Dette giver god skridsikkerhed og er, sammenlignet med en sandoverflade, lettere at holde ren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Riv med plade<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vores riste f\u00e5s med en typisk 3 mm plade, der d\u00e6kker gitterm\u00f8nsteret. Risten har derefter en t\u00e6t overflade, der kan bruges, hvor f.eks. vand eller andre ting skal forhindres i at falde igennem risten. refererer til den produktionsmetode, der er beskrevet tidligere i artiklen. Denne kategori af riste er vores mest alsidige riste og er velegnet til de fleste anvendelser. Ristene f\u00e5s i tykkelser fra 12 mm og helt op til 51 mm, og en profiltykkelse p\u00e5 12 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Profilbaserede riste<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denne type rist har ofte en h\u00f8jere styrke og er bedst egnet til store \u00e5bne sp\u00e6nd eller andre situationer, der kr\u00e6ver en h\u00f8jere grad af styrke sammenlignet med st\u00f8bte riste. Dette skyldes de langsg\u00e5ende I-profiler, der giver h\u00f8j styrke i \u00e9n retning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Robuste riste<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hvis du har brug for den mest robuste type rist, s\u00e5 leder du efter kraftige riste. Disse f\u00e5s i b\u00e5de st\u00f8bt 51 mm tykkelse og profilbaseret 64 mm tykkelse. Den profilbaserede version skiller sig ud med sit profilm\u00f8nster, som giver ekstra styrke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trappetrin<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00f8bte og profilbaserede trappetrin er, som navnet antyder, velegnede til brug som trappetrin. \u00c5rsagen er deres forst\u00e6rkede kant foran, som normalt er markeret med gul som signalfarve. Byggeindustrien bruger ofte metaller, der reagerer med ilt, vand og andre kemiske elementer. Dette f\u00f8rer til dannelsen af oxider eller andre forbindelser \u2013 en proces, vi kender som korrosion. Ved at overveje de elektrokemiske forhold mellem forskellige metaller kan vi designe strukturer og systemer, der undg\u00e5r galvanisk korrosion, hvilket sikrer lang levetid og strukturel integritet. Galvanisk korrosion kan ogs\u00e5 omg\u00e5s ved at bruge et ikke-korrosivt materiale. For eksempel kan et materiale som gummi eller plast placeres mellem to metaller for at isolere dem og for at undg\u00e5 enhver form for kontakt og dermed reaktioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Galvanisk korrosion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En anden overvejelse at overveje i forbindelse med korrosion er galvanisk korrosion. Til opstanden mod v\u00e6ggen og fodpanelet ved r\u00e6kv\u00e6rket anvendes en vinkelprofil i glasfiber, som boltes fast til ristd\u00e6kket. Overgange t\u00e6tnes med elastisk fugemasse. Et alternativ er at anvende en F-profil (artikelnr. 11431) i glasfiber omkring ristd\u00e6kket.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:61px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tilpasning til buer og uregelm\u00e6ssige geometrier<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I projekter med buede platforme eller runde pools\/kar, sk\u00e6res ristd\u00e6kket til, s\u00e5 det passer til krumningen. For at f\u00f8lge krumningen anvendes en 3 mm glasfiberplade med en typisk h\u00f8jde p\u00e5 140 mm, som monteres p\u00e5 ristd\u00e6kkets sk\u00e6reflade og fuges t\u00e6t. Pladen underst\u00f8ttes i bunden af det resterende d\u00e6k med tilsvarende 3 mm glasfiberplade, der er forjusteret i buesegmenter ved hj\u00e6lp af CNC-bearbejdning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dr\u00e6ning og gennemf\u00f8ringer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ristd\u00e6ksler kan monteres med en h\u00e6ldning for dr\u00e6ning. Standard plastikdr\u00e6nbeholdere kan monteres p\u00e5 undersiden for at opsamle spild og vaskevand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00f8rgennemf\u00f8ringer eller andre tekniske gennemf\u00f8ringer i risten bores eller sk\u00e6res og fuges med elastisk fugemasse.
