Overfladen best\u00e5r af fint fordelt kvartssand i gr\u00e5 (RAL 7001), hvilket giver god skridsikkerhed selv i v\u00e5de eller olierede milj\u00f8er. Da risten har isophthalisk polyester som r\u00e5materiale, opn\u00e5r den ogs\u00e5 brandklasse 1 (ASTM E84-05) med en flammespredning p\u00e5 mindre end 25. Dette g\u00f8r den velegnet til kr\u00e6vende industrielle milj\u00f8er, s\u00e5som olie og gas, fiskeopdr\u00e6t og elkraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da risten er 25 mm h\u00f8j, kan den ogs\u00e5 modst\u00e5 h\u00f8jere belastninger end de tyndere varianter. Derfor er den velegnet til gangarealer, platforme og andre omr\u00e5der, hvor b\u00e5de styrke og skridsikkerhed er vigtig.
