Leveransen gikk til Veidekke Infrastruktur, som har st\u00e5tt for sprengnings og betongarbeidene p\u00e5 anlegget.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et anlegg under bakken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Katt\u00e5s vannbehandlingsanlegg er bygget i fjell like ved det eksisterende anlegget, og skal p\u00e5 sikt forsyne store deler av Asker og hele B\u00e6rum med drikkevann. Vannet hentes fra Holsfjorden og behandles i haller for filtrering og desinfeksjon, f\u00f8r det lagres i to store rentvannsbasseng under bakken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veidekke Infrastruktur har hatt ansvaret for sprengning og betongarbeidene, med rundt 182 000 kubikkmeter fjell sprengt ut fordelt p\u00e5 adkomsttunneler og fire store haller. Det er et omfattende anlegg som skal driftes og vedlikeholdes i mange ti\u00e5r fremover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trygg tilkomst i krevende milj\u00f8<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I et anlegg av denne st\u00f8rrelsen er det behov for sikker og stabil tilkomst overalt, fra rentvannsbassengene til de tekniske rommene. Glassfiber Produkter har levert trapper og stiger som gir de ansatte trygg ferdsel mellom niv\u00e5ene, i tillegg til sikkerhetsporter som hindrer utilsiktet adgang til de mest krevende omr\u00e5dene av anlegget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glassfiber i fuktige omgivelser<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et vannbehandlingsanlegg under bakken er et fuktig og til dels korrosivt milj\u00f8, noe som stiller h\u00f8ye krav til materialene som brukes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glassfiber er naturlig korrosjonsfritt, sklisikkert og krever lite vedlikehold sammenlignet med andre materialer, noe som gj\u00f8r det til et godt egnet materiale i nettopp denne typen anlegg. I tillegg er glassfiber vesentlig lettere \u00e5 h\u00e5ndtere ved installasjon, noe som er en fordel i trange tunneler og haller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kort
