Unless otherwise agreed in the offer or contract, the terms of sale in accordance with NL 17 apply.
Payment
Invoices due within 30 days will be sent after the order has been placed.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery terms are Ex works delivery of goods Glassfiber Products, Klepp (Incoterms 2020-A) The delivery will be packaged for land transport. We use several transport companies to ensure fast delivery and reasonable shipping costs.
Orders can be picked up by appointment.
Glassfiber Produkter AS has ownership rights and a sales lien on incoming components until the full amount has been paid and posted to the bank account.
Sales abroad
For orders to be shipped outside Norway, prepayment is required before transport is booked, unless otherwise agreed. This applies whether the order is picked up yourself or shipped by us.
Complaints
If any errors are discovered during delivery, this must be reported immediately.
