Grating article 15002 is a molded fiberglass grating with a square 38\u00d738 mm mesh, 12 mm height and a ground\/flat surface in yellow (RAL 1003). The grating is manufactured from vinyl ester, a type of resin that provides extra good resistance to chemicals and corrosion \u2013 well suited for demanding industrial environments such as oil and gas, fish farming and water and wastewater plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Weighing only 6.1 kg\/m\u00b2, the grating is significantly lighter than its steel counterpart, and the open area of 68 % provides good drainage and air flow. The yellow colour makes the grating highly visible, which is an advantage in areas where clear safety marking is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The grating is supplied in standard panel size 1219 x 3658 mm, and can be cut to the desired dimensions.
