Sen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 voi olla tilap\u00e4ist\u00e4 \u2013 tai pysyv\u00e4\u00e4, jos vaaditaan suurta lujuutta, korroosioriski\u00e4 tai s\u00e4hk\u00f6magneettisten kenttien aiheuttamien virtojen induktiota.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tuote on ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6yst\u00e4v\u00e4llinen ratkaisu, joka v\u00e4hent\u00e4\u00e4 merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4sti korjaus- ja yll\u00e4pitokustannuksia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betoniraudat valmistetaan pultruusiomenetelm\u00e4ll\u00e4 jatkuvatoimisessa tuotantoprosessissa. Vahvistukseen k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n korkealaatuista lasikuitua ja polyesteri- tai vinyyliesterihartsia. Testitulosten perusteella tuote on luokiteltu pysyv\u00e4ksi raudoitukseksi betonirakenteissa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ohjeistus\/standardit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 ACI 440.1R-15 \u2013 Opas kuitukomposiittitangoilla (FRP) vahvistettujen betonirakenteiden suunnitteluun ja rakentamiseen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mitoitus<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FRP-raudoituksen mekaaniset ominaisuudet eroavat perinteisest\u00e4 ter\u00e4sraudoituksesta useilla alueilla.
