Quality, HSE and environment

These are the guidelines of Glassfiber Produkter AS to meet all requirements from stakeholders, applicable legal and statutory requirements, as well as standards of practice, including ISO 9001:2015.

Quality

The documented quality management system of Glassfiber Produkter AS includes:

      • Delivery of fiberglass/composite products and related consulting services
      • Supply of products to commercial sectors
      • General operations at Glassfiber Produkter AS

    We are continuously working to improve the effectiveness of our quality management system by proposing measures to improve our existing quality objectives and establishing new objectives, where our system can benefit from it.

    Product and delivery performance is reviewed using data collected from service inquiries, customer responses and feedback, as well as testing and development from suppliers and manufacturers. Where practical, we will work with our suppliers to provide improved products and services.

    Health, environment and safety

    Our goal is zero damage to people or material.

    It is the policy of Stangeland Glassfiber Produkter AS to ensure that all work is carried out with careful consideration and due consideration of the health, safety and working environment of the employees.

    We ensure this by continuously evaluating risks and opportunities using best practice principles, as well as implementing and maintaining supporting health, safety and environmental procedures.

    Environment

    It is the policy of Stangeland Glassfiber Produkter AS to reduce the amount of waste and optimize the use of resources, prevent pollution and reduce negative impact on the environment.

    We do this by:

      • Evaluate operations and ensure they are as efficient as possible to minimize waste
      • Choosing the most environmentally friendly transport solutions
      • Monitor and report on resource use and waste management
      • Ensure that our suppliers follow the same standards
      • Challenge the waste industry to focus on recycling
      • Be involved in the work to improve the reuse and recycling of fiberglass, through membership in interest organizations and being a driving force within the waste industry.

    Ethical guidelines

    Glassfiber Produkter AS (GP) shall ensure that the company is managed correctly and well, and will always maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty, transparency and professionalism. GP is committed to truth and fair dealing, independence, competence and accountability to deliver quality, value for money service to its customers.

    GP will always comply with Norwegian laws and regulations, relevant international laws and statutory requirements. Each GP employee will exercise all reasonable professional skill and care in their work and recognize the rights and sensitivities of other individuals, both within the company and outside.

    Corrupt practices will not be tolerated, and all commercial transactions will be correctly and accurately recorded.

    GP is a socially responsible company and we will involve our employees in the planning and direction of our work. We fully respect the human rights of our employees and will ensure equal opportunities through the promotion and development of the skills of those we employ, this will always be supported by competitive terms and conditions and safe working practices.

    Report of Glassfiber Produkter AS – 2024

     Introduction

     Glassfiber Produkter AS is a Norwegian supplier of composite products. We work systematically to ensure
    respect for human rights and decent working conditions in our own operations and throughout the value chain, in
    in line with the Transparency Act. Our work is anchored in the company's ethical guidelines and routines for
    due diligence assessments.

     Anchoring responsibility

    The board of Glassfiber Produkter AS has the overall responsibility for compliance with the Transparency Act. The requirements
    is integrated into the company's guidelines and routines, and is anchored both strategically and operationally.

     About the company
    Products and services

    We offer solutions within composite and glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP), with services such as design,
    production and installation. Our customers include oil and gas, railways, aquaculture, public
    sector and industry.

     Routines and measures

    Ethical guidelines and training for all employees.
    Alert system for reporting objectionable conditions.
    Strict purchasing procedures with supplier evaluation.
    Annual risk assessments of the business and supply chain.

      Actual consequences uncovered

     In the period up to 2025, no violations of human rights or labor conditions have been reported, neither
    internally or with suppliers. Our due diligence assessments nevertheless show that approx. 2 % of the suppliers
    considered high risk.

    In 2025, audits were conducted at several major suppliers in China. No critical deviations were found,
    but some points for improvement were followed up in dialogue.

     Risk of negative consequences

    The risk of internal breaches is considered very low thanks to established HSE routines and ethical standards.

    In the supply chain, the risk is higher, especially in labor-intensive industries and countries with weak
    labor legislation. Approximately 2 % of the suppliers are assessed as high risk, with particular relevance to risk
    linked to forced labor, child labor and poor working conditions.

    Measures in connection with the report

     In 2025, we have strengthened the follow-up of high-risk suppliers through:

    • checklists and documentation requirements
    • on-site audits at suppliers in Asia
    • systematic follow-up and registration of findings.

     Guidelines and routines for fulfilling duties

    The measures include:

    •  Annual management meetings for due diligence reviews
    • Risk classification of suppliers by country, industry and product
    • Expanded monitoring of high-risk suppliers
    • Annual publication of the report by June 30
    • Use of third-party tools such as Transparency International, DFØ's high-risk list and Global Slavery

    • Continuous improvement and training for employees and partners.

     Conclusion

    In 2025, Glassfiber Produkter AS has conducted thorough due diligence assessments that confirm our
    commitment to ethical and legal standards. Risks have been identified in the supply chain, but no actual
    violations have been identified. We have implemented measures to reduce risk and strengthen our work on a sustainable and
    responsible value chain.
