Grating item 15038 – Specifications

Grating article 15038 is a Heavy Load variant of our composite fiberglass grating, with a square 38×38 mm mesh and 38 mm height. In contrast to the standard gratings, this one has a heavy profile thickness of 12 mm, which provides significantly higher load-bearing capacity and makes it suitable for the heaviest load requirements in the series.

The surface has a U-shaped concave pattern in yellow (RAL 1003), which provides good slip resistance and at the same time makes the grating highly visible – useful where clear safety marking is desired. The grating has vinyl ester as a raw material, and it can therefore withstand a wide temperature range from -40 to 110 °C, in addition to high resistance to chemicals and corrosion.

The combination of a strong profile and robust raw material makes this variant well suited for demanding industrial environments with high loads, such as oil and gas, chemical industry and other heavy industry. The grating also has insulating electrical properties.

We deliver the grating in standard panel size 1219 x 3658 mm, but can also cut it to the desired size.
