Introduction

 
Glassfiber Produkter AS is a Norwegian supplier of composite products. We work systematically to ensure
respect for human rights and decent working conditions in our own operations and throughout the value chain, in
in line with the Transparency Act. Our work is anchored in the company's ethical guidelines and procedures for negligence assessments.
 

Anchoring responsibility

The board of Glassfiber Produkter AS has the overall responsibility for compliance with the Transparency Act. The requirements

is integrated into the company's guidelines and routines, and is anchored both strategically and operationally.

 About the company

Products and services

We offer solutions within composite and glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP), with services such as design,
production and installation. Our customers include oil and gas, railways, aquaculture, the public sector and industry.
 

 Routines and measures

Ethical guidelines and training for all employees.
Alert system for reporting objectionable conditions.
Strict purchasing procedures with supplier evaluation.

Annual risk assessments of the business and supply chain.

  Actual consequences revealed

 In the period up to 2025, no violations of human rights or labor conditions have been reported, neither
internally or with suppliers. Our due diligence assessments nevertheless show that approximately 2 % of the suppliers are considered high risk.
 
In 2025, audits were conducted at several major suppliers in China. No critical deviations were found, but some improvement points were followed up in dialogue.
 

 Risk of negative consequences

The risk of internal breaches is considered very low thanks to established HSE routines and ethical guidelines.
In the supply chain, the risk is higher, especially in labor-intensive industries and countries with weak labor laws. Approximately 2% of suppliers are assessed as high risk, with particular relevance for risks related to forced labor, child labor and poor working conditions.

Measures in connection with the report

 In 2025, we have strengthened the follow-up of high-risk suppliers through:
  •  checklists and documentation requirements
  • on-site audits at suppliers in Asia
  •  systematic follow-up and registration of findings. Guidelines and routines for fulfilling duties

The measures include:

  • Annual management meetings for due diligence reviews
  • Risk classification of suppliers by country, industry and product
  • Expanded monitoring of high-risk suppliers
  • Annual publication of the report by June 30
  • Use of third-party tools such as Transparency International, DFØ's high-risk list and the Global Slavery Index
  • Continuous improvement and training for employees and partners.
 

 Conclusion

In 2025, Glassfiber Produkter AS has conducted thorough due diligence assessments that confirm our
commitment to ethical and legal standards. Risks have been identified in the supply chain, but no actual

Violations have been identified. We have implemented measures to reduce risk and strengthen our work on a sustainable and responsible value chain.
