Grating item 15031 – Specifications

Grating article 15031 is a composite fiberglass grating with a square 38×38 mm mesh and 38 mm height. The surface has a U-shaped concave pattern in gray (RAL 7001), which provides good slip resistance even in wet or oily environments.

Because the grating is 38 mm high, it can withstand significantly higher loads than the thinner variants in the series, and is therefore well suited to walkways, platforms and other areas with requirements for both strength and anti-slip properties. The grating has isophthalic polyester as a raw material, and it thus achieves fire class 1 (ASTM E84-05) with a flame spread of less than 25.

The grating has insulating electrical properties and can withstand temperatures from -20 to +80 °C, making it well suited for demanding industrial environments such as oil and gas, fish farming and electric power.

We deliver the grating in standard panel size 1219 x 3658 mm, but can also cut it to the desired size.
