Grating item 15032 – Specifications

Grating article 15032 is a composite grating in fiberglass with a fine-mesh 19×19 mm pattern and 38 mm height. The surface has finely divided silica sand in red (RAL 2002), which provides good slip resistance and at the same time makes the grating highly visible – useful where clear safety marking is desired.

The grating is made of vinyl ester, which means it can withstand a wide temperature range from -40 to 110 °C, in addition to being highly resistant to chemicals and corrosion. Because the mesh width is finer than on our standard gratings, this variant is also well suited where smaller openings are required, for example in areas with high foot traffic or where small objects should not fall through.

At a height of 38 mm, the grating can withstand high loads and has insulating electrical properties, making it well suited for demanding industrial environments such as oil and gas, the chemical industry and fish farming.

We deliver the grating in standard panel size 1219 x 3658 mm, but can also cut it to the desired size.
