Grating article 15036 – Specifications

Grating article 15036 is a dense composite/fiberglass floor plate with a height of 38 mm and finely divided silica sand on the surface in gray (RAL 7001), which provides good slip resistance even in wet or oily environments.

This variant is one of our tight sheets, and with 0 % open area, it does not let water, liquids or small objects through. It is therefore well suited for places where a completely tight surface is needed - for example walkways over liquid collection, platforms where water or chemicals should not flow through, or areas where you want to avoid visibility.

The board has isophthalic polyester as a raw material, and therefore achieves fire class 1 (ASTM E84-05) with a flame spread below 25. It has insulating electrical properties and can withstand temperatures from -20 to +80 °C, making it well suited for demanding industrial environments such as oil and gas, fish farming and electric power.

We deliver the board in standard panel size 1219 x 3658 mm, but can also cut it to the desired size.
