Grating article 15051 – Specifications

Grating article 15051 is a composite fiberglass grating with a coarse-mesh 51×51 mm pattern and a full 51 mm height – one of the strongest and most open variants in the series. The surface has a U-shaped concave pattern in yellow (RAL 1003), which provides good slip resistance and at the same time makes the grating highly visible – useful where clear safety marking is desired.

The grating is made of vinyl ester as a raw material, and therefore can withstand a wide temperature range from -40 to 110 °C, in addition to high resistance to chemicals and corrosion. Combined with the coarse mesh width, this provides maximum drainage and air flow, while the grating can withstand very high loads.

This makes it well suited to demanding industrial environments such as oil and gas, chemical industry and fish farming, especially where platforms or decks have large spans or heavy loads. The grating also has insulating electrical properties.

We deliver the grating in standard panel size 1219 x 3658 mm, but can also cut it to the desired size.
