Grating item 15521 – Specifications

Grating article 15521 is a profile-based grating in composite/fiberglass, composed of longitudinal I-profiles with a height of 38 mm and a 14 mm opening between the profiles. The surface is sand-coated in yellow (RAL 1003), which provides good slip resistance and at the same time makes the grating highly visible - useful where clear safety marking is desired.

With a finer opening than our standard profile grating (15510), this variant is particularly suitable where smaller openings are desired, for example in areas where smaller objects should not fall through. The grating is also particularly strong along the profile direction, making it well suited where high load-bearing capacity over longer spans is required.

The grating has isophthalic polyester as a raw material, and therefore achieves fire class 1 (ASTM E84-05) with a flame spread of less than 25. It has insulating electrical properties and can withstand temperatures from -20 to +80 °C.

We deliver the grating in panel size 1000 x 6000 mm, but can also cut it to the desired size.
