Grating article 15601– Specifications

Grating article 15601 is a dense composite/fiberglass decking board with a height of 40 mm and finely divided silica sand on the surface in gray (RAL 7001), which provides good slip resistance even in wet or oily environments.

Unlike our open profile gratings, this variant is completely sealed, and therefore does not allow water, liquids or small objects to pass through. It is well suited for decks and walkways where a solid, sealed surface is desired, for example in connection with liquid collection or areas where you want to avoid visibility.

The plank has isophthalic polyester as its raw material, and therefore achieves fire class 1 (ASTM E84-05) with a flame spread below 25. It has insulating electrical properties and can withstand temperatures from -20 to +80 °C, making it well suited for demanding industrial environments such as oil and gas, fish farming and electric power.

We deliver the plank in standard panel size 500 x 6000 mm, but can also be cut to the desired size.
