Grating item 15054 – Specifications

Grating article 15054 is a Heavy Load variant of our composite fiberglass grating, with a rectangular 25.4 × 51 mm pattern and 51 mm height. Unlike standard square gratings, this one has a directional pattern that provides extra high load-bearing capacity in one direction, combined with a heavy profile thickness of 12.2 mm.

The surface has a U-shaped concave pattern in grey (RAL 7001), which provides good slip resistance even in wet or oily environments. The combination of thick profile and directional pattern makes the grating well suited for the heaviest load requirements, such as driving surfaces, heavy platforms and industrial floors with high point loads.

The grating has isophthalic polyester as a raw material, and therefore achieves fire class 1 (ASTM E84-05) with a flame spread below 25. It has insulating electrical properties and can withstand temperatures from -40 to +110 °C.

We deliver the grating in panel size 1219 x 2460 mm, but can also cut it to the desired size.
