Grating article 15034 – Specifications

Grating article 15034 is a composite grating in fiberglass with a fine mesh 19×19 mm pattern and 38 mm height. The surface has finely divided silica sand in gray (RAL 7001), which provides good slip resistance even in wet or oily environments.

Because the mesh width is finer than on our standard grates, this variant is particularly suitable where smaller openings are desired – for example in areas with heavy foot traffic, or where tools and small objects should not fall through. The open area is therefore lower (42 %), but the grate also provides good drainage.

The grating has isophthalic polyester as its raw material, and therefore achieves fire class 1 (ASTM E84-05) with a flame spread of less than 25. With a height of 38 mm, the grating can also withstand high loads, and it has insulating electrical properties as well as good temperature tolerance from -20 to +80 °C.

We deliver the grating in standard panel size 1219 x 3658 mm, but can also cut it to the desired size.
