Payment
An invoice with a 30-day due date is sent after the order has been dispatched.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery terms are Ex works delivery of Glassfiber Produkter, Klepp (Incoterms 2020-A).
The delivery will be packaged for land transport.
We use multiple transportation companies to ensure fast delivery and reasonable shipping costs. Orders can be collected by appointment.
Glassfiber Produkter AS retains ownership and a right of lien in incoming components until the full amount is paid and credited to the bank account.
Selling to foreign countries
For orders to be shipped outside of Norway, advance payment is required before booking transportation, unless otherwise agreed.
This applies whether the order is picked up or shipped by us.
Complaints
If any defects in the delivery are discovered, these must be reported immediately to post@glassfiber.no or +47 51 78 60 90.
